Roughly 2,400 square feet of split level space, bar and connected A/V makes it great for corporate events or private parties.
Enjoy views of Downtown Kansas City, and the very busy area of Broadway and Southwest Blvd.

We keep pricing simple to be competitively priced for any sized party or event.
With our special pricing - you get our space for setup, your event and teardown. You can begin setup at 1pm and finish tearing down and be out at 1am.
$35 an hour
You can supply the booze (a huge savings for any event) and still have a professional bartender making your cocktails or pouring your drinks.

Do you want to make your party 'next level'? Our DJ already has the equipment and talent, you just need to checkmark your parties music preference.
$55 an hour
Depending on the size and if alcohol is invited, we may require security to be onsite from 7pm and after. If you want us to provide an off-duty KCPD officer for your event, we have contacts with the police department already for our building.
